Bask in the radiance of the Wolf Full Moon (a Supermoon!) as you are immersed in a symphony of healing vibrations and gentle gong waves. This evening invites you to slow down, soften, and receive.
What to Expect
Jim weaves crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle gong tones into a deeply restorative soundscape designed to:
- Release physical and emotional tension
- Calm the nervous system and balance energy centers
- Invite profound inner stillness and renewal
Zeni will guide through restorative yoga poses, meditation and mindful breathwork to open the heart and quiet the mind, leading you into a state of serene awareness. As the overtones ripple through your body, you’ll feel layers of stress dissolve — awakening clarity, harmony, and luminous calm.
We’ll close with a gentle community sharing circle to ground intentions and integrate the experience.
