We welcome you to join us in honoring the medicine of the season under the Wolf Moon, Sunday January 12. An evening of exploring various healing modalities to ground us into our own individual, authentic Being and Healing. This event is hosted by Desiree Nicole Lester of Good Medicine Collective.

Facilitated by Haley Brandt, somatic movement practitioner, and Quincy Brimstein, community herbalist. Including G Gilbert of Portland Dirt. It is our intention to support the web of our community by offering informed practices to foster personal and collective healing of those who might not have resources to access this breadth of care.

Please arrive promptly at 6 to acquaint with the space, check in and sign up for optional sauna session.

At 6:30, we gather in the lounge to enjoy herbal tea prepared by community herbalist, Quincy Brimstein. She will guide us through the medicinal and emotional action of herbs that can support our hearts, our inner flames, during this Winter season.

At 7, we divide into two groups that cycle from hour of somatic movement and an hour of sauna. We aim to wrap up at 9.

Please bring towel, journal, pen, water, and a bathing suit if needed.

This is non judmgental space where hate is not tolerated, and small talk is not neccesary. Please come with all of your authenticity and an intention to break through anything holding you back, <3
