About this Event
Join us on Sunday 17th November for a morning of wellness, mindfulness and community. Led by accredited Life, NLP and Timeline coach and founder of Finding Your Flow Coaching, Chloe Taylor, this session is designed to help attendees heal and thrive in a fast-paced world.
We are all too used to moving at a million miles per hour, we often forget to take the time to stop, look around and think about our personal goals and where we want to be. Chloe teaches the importance of unlocking your true self, exploring your own values and developing healthy routines in order to encourage positive life changes.

MOVEMENT and gentle stretching to relax your body and mind.

The session will take place in the Rose Room, Bradbury Centre Wokingham between 10am-12:30pm. We only have a limited number of spaces available so book now to avoid disappointment. Early bird rate is £55 (25% off full price).
