WNM MENtal Health Matters

Fellas we have to take care of ourselves, shit getting scary out here. This month I will be hosting my first Men-tal Health day with my girls @dopehealing_atl and @drcontessa We will have a Doctor, a full nurse staff available and a mental Health Professional.

NO WORKOUT, NO JOINING THE GYM, NO KIDS JUST THE FELLAS (21 and up) KICKING IT, GETTING CHECKED, AND INFORMED ABOUT OUR HEALTH.
