About this Event
Are you a charity who struggles to get relevant candidates for your roles? Do you have no budget for recruitment posts? Does the recruitment process you currently oversee need updating ?
Then you might like to attend a workshop we've organised as part of the Mayor's Giving Month with Gamma Talent, a charity-focussed consultancy and recruitment agency based in Birmingham.
The session is free, and all charities of any size are welcome to attend. The session will include:
1. How to stand out in a competitive market
2. Review of activities to be inclusive in your recruitment process
3. Where to advertise for free
4. Sharing of ideas and good practise
Founder and MD of Gamma Talent, Fidelis Navas, will host the session. Fidelis is a fundraiser turned consultant and recruiter. She is also a trustee of Beyond the Horizon, Inclusion Officer at Harborne Hockey Club and a member of the Giving Month's Organising Committee.
As the session will be over lunch, you're very welcome to attend whilst eating.
