Each week, I will guide you through a journey of becoming the most vibrant, colorful version of yourself so that you can live the life you are meant to lead.
Week 1, February 4th
Introduction to Chakradance
This introductory session is designed to reconnect you with your body, spirit, and authentic self. Discover how movement and music can guide you on a journey of self-discovery, setting the foundation for deeper exploration in each of the seven chakras.
Participants are welcome to book the full series or join any of the individual classes.
Classes held weekly from 5:30 pm-7:00 pm on February 4, 11, 18, 25, March 4, 11, 18, 25, and April 1.

Explore Your Base Chakra - Dance Your Primal, Instinctual Energy
Activate your primal energy and reclaim the wild, animal-like part of yourself, deepening your connection to the earth. Feel supported and safe in your life.
Week 3, February 18th
Explore Your Sacral Chakra - Dance Your Sacred Passion and Pleasure
Deepen your connection with your feminine energy (regardless of gender). This dance will awaken your inner passion and open you to experience pleasure.
Week 4, February 25th
Explore Your Solar Plexus Chakra - Dance Your Power and Purpose
Activate your inner masculine energy, building confidence and strength. Release what no longer serves you and move forward with courage and purpose.
Week 5, March 4th
Explore Your Heart Chakra - Dance Profound Love and Compassion
Open to love, kindness, and compassion for yourself and others. Heal buried hurts and radiate pure love and joy into your life and relationships.
Week 6, March 11th
Explore Your Throat Chakra - Dance Your Authentic Truth
Unlock your unique creativity and express yourself authentically. Live in harmony by sharing your truth.
Week 7, March 18th
Explore Your Third Eye Chakra - Dance Your Intuition and Clarity
Open up to visions, insights, and higher guidance. Heighten your perception and gain insight into handling life’s challenges.
Week 8, March 25th
Explore Your Crown Chakra - Dance Your Highest Spirituality
Receive Universal love, grace, and wisdom. Dance with the Divine and awaken a sense of sacredness and gratitude in your life.
Week 9, April 1st
Experience Integrating of all Your Chakras
Find wholeness within as you reconnect with all your chakras. Experience the different facets of yourself dancing together as one and feel the freedom of being truly you.
