In this Women's Wellness Circle we will focus on gratitude and love, with the use of 5 breathing patterns and rounds, as well as the Ho'oponopono heart mantra. You will be guided through this session to achieve a deep state of relaxation and release of what no longer serves you.The Women's Wellness Circle Barrie Innisfil welcomes Breathwork Facilitator Shar Clements.
After working in the corporate world for more than 40 years, with the last 15 years being in the mental health industry, Shar has made a huge shift in her life and decided to pursue her true passions. Breathwork and yoga🩷
After having a profound breakthrough in her first Breathwork session more than 15 years ago, she made Breathwork part of her own personal wellness routine. Having a deep love for yoga, she knew that one day, she would be a Breathwork Facilitator and Yoga teacher.
This goal has finally come to life after manifesting it for years.
