Join Nekanehsact Nekanęhsakt: Friends of Ękwehęwę for the KAIROS Blanket Exercise which is a powerful experiential teaching tool that explores the historic and contemporary relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in the land we now know as North America.
Clean Air currently works in allyship with Nekanęhsakt: Friends of Ękwehęwę,(Ękwehęwę: is the Tuscarora word for Indigenous peoples meaning “real human beings”) the group is a collection of Western New Yorkers committed to supporting the efforts of Ękwehęwę living both on and off territory as well as nearby Ękwehęwę nations.
