Bike MS training season is here! Withlacoochee Trail is a car-free, scenic, mostly shaded, flat, rail-to-trail path near the Pasco/Hernando county line. Ride any distance and pace you like...I’m looking to get in about 50 miles at an easy pace -- distance over speed based on my training. NOTE: Bicycle riding is an inherently dangerous sport. The responsibility for each rider's safety, fitness and the soundness of his/her bicycle lies solely with each rider. This ride is open to the public and the writer/s of this email/post does not organize, sponsor, nor assume any liability for your participation in these rides. Cycling can be a hazardous sport and is a means of transport, undertaken at your own risk; you must wear a helmet and for the safety of the group, headphones/earbuds are not allowed.
