Ride Description: Witham Vale Ride replaces the old Bonham ride and will run from a fantastic new venue, West Woodlands Showground, near Frome, courtesy of the Frome & District Agricultural Society. The new venue provides a level drained grassed venue with permanent vehicle tracks and plenty of parking. The venue is easily accessible from the north (Frome and the A361) and the south (the A303 via the B3092). The route will consist of a mix of bridleways, forestry tracks and old grassland.The route will consist of some new bridleways and forestry before linking up with the eastern section of the old Bonham route out to the Deverills and back via Mere down over lovely old grassland bridleways with plenty of opportunities for cantering.

Facilities: Corralling and camping available at the venue but please book in with the Ride Secretary in advance of the event. No access to the venue before 5pm on Saturday 20th July. Catering on the ride day only. Toilets (including disabled).
Para-equestrian friendly aspects - Disabled loos, priority parking, mounting block. As many gates as possible will either be open or manned.
Gates: Approximately half a dozen but probably less.
Amount of Roadwork - Less than 10%
