LIVE GUIDED MENTAL CHECK-IN BY
It's not easy to take the time and space to check-in with ourselves - but it's a lot easier when we do it together! In this Mental Check-in, How Mental Founder, George Taktak, will take people on a journey through a series of mental activities, including:
1. Bag Drop - Get rid of your emotional baggage...no seriously, visualise it and chuck it out of the room to make space for you to think clearly!
2. I Want it All - Write an 'I want' list to identify your wants & needs. Kind of like goal setting, but for your wellbeing!
3. Smell the Roses - Find ways to get the feelings you want right now, instead of waiting for life to be perfect!
ROUND TABLE TALKS LED BY BLACK MINDS MATTER UK AND SUICIDE AND CO
Join us for a roundtable talks led by: Suicide & Co and Black Minds Matter UK
1:1’S WITH A THERAPIST
Book a 10 minute 1:1 chat with a fully qualified therapist to learn more about what therapy is like, how you can access it and the different modalities available to you. Please note: This is not a therapeutic session and you should not expect person-centred therapeutic advice. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about what to expect from therapy and to ask questions in relation to seeking therapy or counselling
Please note our 1:1 slots are extremely limited in capacity and will be filled up very soon. Be quick to reserve a slot to avoid disappointment.
EARLY-BIRD EXCLUSIVE GIVEAWAYS
We will be giving away exclusive Black Minds Matter UK goodie bags including surprise gifts to the first early bird sign-ups. The early bird promo code is limited so sign up now to purchase your ticket and claim your goodie bag!
