The 'With Intent' band originated in San Diego CA January 2004 with Ed DeCaro on Rhythm Guitar/Vocals/Harmonica and Mike Lewis on Bass/Vocals. In July of 2006 Dan Stuart on Lead Guitar/Vocals and Mark Schaefli on Drums joined the group as it progressed. In March 2023 the band was reformed in Prescott AZ with Ed DeCaro and Steve Folgel on Bass. The Genre's covered are Classic Rock & Alterative, Classic R&B, and Country
