The Location: Set on 54 acres surrounding the serene natural setting of Lake Eve, The Fountains offers everything you would expect from a world-class resort. Featuring a 75,000-square-foot tropical oasis featuring a massive zero-entry pool and hot tubs to relax and unwind, in addition to a zen pool, fire pits, and areas to explore lakeside, this property is a perfect location for harmonious healing. Should the weather decide not to cooperate, no worries – enjoy a swim in the resort's 6,000 square foot indoor/outdoor pool instead. The Itinerary: Carefully curated sessions built around a shared intentional healing space will include breathwork and guided meditation as well as workshops centered on gaining greater understanding on important topics that heavily affect relational dynamics, such as attachment theory, effective communication, sacred intimacy, and embodied masculine and feminine energy. These thoughtful conversations will be deliberately balanced with a thorough amount of personal time for enjoying the property, private reflection, and fun connection with others.

The Inclusions: In addition to lodging and all workshops and a gracious welcome gift, the following are included in your retreat ticket purchase: Welcome Reception Thursday evening at 8pm, Brunch and Dinner on Friday and Saturday, and a departure Brunch on Sunday. Further details will be sent 10 days prior to the retreat. No transportation is included. Resort check in is 4pm Thursday with sufficient time to settle in before gathering as a group. Resort check out is 10am Sunday. Departure Brunch will be served following room check out, wrapping up by 11am to ensure ample departure travel time.

The Host: Drawing on her years of experience pursuing her own healing as well as nearly a decade of holding space for clients to heal in mind, body, and spirit, Kristin Campbell, ND, masterfully balances intentional times of introspection and social learning with personal time for relaxation. Through her insight gained from overcoming the traumatic suicide of her fiance when she was only 19, abandonment by her first husband, and unraveling the impact of a 13 year emotionally abusive marriage to a man with strong narcissistic tendencies, as well as many years balancing life as a single mom and business owner life, Kristin brings a lighthearted, fun-loving humor along with intentional information to promote the greatest good of all she serves.
