The Witches Market returns to Bundaberg on the 22nd of March 2025, but we do so with a difference, this time we are a night market running from 1pm to 9pm and are using the Col Mclellan Pavilion as internal stalls and the area in front of it as our external stalls and food stalls.
We will also have multiple workshops running during the course of the market, so please make sure you check out our events page for workshops on offer.
Again, we celebrate the Pagan Calendar of the year and Mabon. What is Mabon you may ask, here following is the answer
As the wheel of the year turns, ushering in the bountiful autumn season, Pagans and nature enthusiasts alike come together to celebrate Mabon, a festival of balance, gratitude, and the second harvest.
This ancient and meaningful observance holds a special place in the Pagan calendar, marking the autumnal equinox and embodying the harmonious dance between light and darkness, life, and death. The autumnal equinox is around September 21st in the northern hemisphere and around March 21st in the southern hemisphere
