Participants (ages 14 and up) should dress in spooky attire and decorate their boards with skeletons, spiders, and eerie props. Even pets can join in the aquatic mischief, making this a truly spellbinding community gathering.
The event will feature food trucks and local vendor booths. There will be raffles, as well as prizes for the best costumes and best decorated crafts. Paid registration is required and will open August 2: http://lakeacworthdragons.com.
