We are all healers. We just need to learn how to use our energy and magic effectively. In this practical interactive workshop, participants will learn 4 simple techniques that can be used to reduce pain, improve concentration, boost energy and reduce stress. This workshop will incorporate a variety of techniques from QiGong, Reiki, Meditation, and Meridians. Bring a yoga mat for floor work. Modifications can be accommodated.
