The Wish Jar Necklace Workshop teaches participants how to combine art, symbolism, and intention into a meaningful wearable piece of jewelry. During the class, they’ll learn:
-The symbolic meanings and uses of various herbs, crystals, and charms.
-How to cleanse and prepare a vessel before creating a personal talisman.
-How to write and incorporate a focused intention into their piece.
-Techniques for assembling and decorating a small glass jar pendant.
-How to finish and professionally assemble their jar into a wearable necklace.
-A simple intention-setting ritual to “charge” their final piece.
Recommended ages & skill level:
This class is designed for ages 12 and up. It’s ideal for adults and teens, and no prior experience is necessary — the workshop is beginner-friendly while still offering creative depth and personalization that more advanced crafters will enjoy.
What participants will take home:
Each participant will leave with a fully finished wish jar necklace — a small wearable piece of jewelry approximately .5-1 inches in size that contains herbs, crystal chips, and a handwritten intention sealed inside a glass jar pendant. The necklace is designed to be ready to wear, gift, or display immediately after class.
Project completion:
The entire project will be completed during the 2-hour workshop. Participants will not need to finish anything at home unless they choose to purchase an optional at-home kit, which allows them to make additional necklaces on their own time.
