Our goal is to empower and encourage adult women of all ages, but especially those 40 and up, to live their lives purposely, authentically, with help and support from other women friends. We help each other experience fun and freedom from the expectations society and others place on us as we age. We share our wisdom and support through a spiritual lens as we deal with life's difficult and challenging situations. Our circle is open to all women of every spiritual and religious background and pathway.I will be using an amazing oracle deck and book called Woman Runes, originally created by Shekinah Mountainwater and later expanded upon by Molly Remer. I will draw a WomanRunes card for each meeting. That card will guide that meeting’s discussion. The same card will be used at both meetings on a given day. If you like the deck and book, they are available for purchase at my studio.
Space is limited, so it’s always best to reserve your spot with an advance ticket purchase. Walk-ins will be accommodated on a space available basis with an $11 cash payment.
We have folding chairs, yoga mats, and yoga blankets, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
