About this Event
Every woman's perimenopause and menopause experience is personal. Many women suffer in silence with the sudden changes in our bodies.
Weight gain, hot flashes, mood swings, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, anger, body aches, digestive issues, dryness, brain fog, low energy, changes in libido (and so much more) can throw us into a tailspin of feelings.
Unfortunately, to add to the experience, many doctors including GYN's are totally uninformed about menopause, and the many important ways to we can be supporting our bodies.
The changes can begin in our 30s in perimenopause. Once our cycle stops for a full year we are in menopause and remain in menopause for the rest of our lives. It's not an experience that we go through and it's over. This is a misconception. Changes continue to evolve and emerge as we move into different seasons of our lives. Let's come together to connect as women. Let's share our stories. In addition to all of the profound changes, this is a potent and sacred time for us. But if we're caught up and frustrated with all of the symptoms, it's challenging to see the gifts and messages of this time.
I'm honored to be your guide. Join me in sisterhood and learn about what’s happening in your body and how to care for yourself. When women gather, magic happens.
