Come discover what encourages your life balance for flourishing in the New Year. Each session will include gentle movement, self inquiry, evocative conversations and simple creative expression. In this three week small group series we will practice breath work, enjoy movement, listen to our own stories, savor conversation, creativity, and mindfulness.
Week 1 Spirit – Explore connecting to that which is greater than us. How do you connect to the great love? What obstacles are you encountering to the idea of a larger love?
Week 2 Body – What voices are you listening to about your body? Can you love it exactly as it is? Learning to check in - where do you feel things in your body? How do stress and anxiety affect my body?
Week 3 Mind- Explore mindfulness and self-compassion as mental wellness practices. Learn to create space between stimulus and response. Learn about the dance of acceptance and boundaries and being with difficult feelings.
Your guide for this experience is Liz Forney. Liz is a spiritual director, Level 2 Reiki practitioner, 200 hour certified yoga instructor and the director of Contemplative Creativity; an art studio integrating sacred inquiry with creative expression.
