What to Expect:
Introduction to Blending: Starts with a brief lesson from the owner, Dr. Grover Lee on the basics of wine blending, learn about different grape varietals and how they combine to create the perfect bottle.
Hands-On Experience: Taste a selection of single-varietal wines, then blend percentages to create your own signature blend. Experiment with proportions and find your ideal flavor profile.
Labeling: Once you've mastered your blend, our Wise Villa Staff will bottle your creation and use your personalized label to take home that very evening!
Dinner: Enjoy a 4 course meal post blending with an appetizer, salad, steak, potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a delicious dessert.
Whether you're a seasoned sommelier or simply enjoy a good glass of wine, this event promises to be a fun, educational, and memorable evening.
