This class is designed to start the conversation around the menstrual cycle- including how each phase is unique, how we can work with and learn from each phase, and how to track your cycle. Our menstrual cycle holds deep wisdom and power and there are simple ways we can tune into our bodies to work with them rather than fight against them. We will also explore a few herbal allies and some simple dietary tips in relation to our monthly cycles.This class is intended for women who are in their cycling years.
