WISDOM OF FIVE ELEMENTS
Self-discovery and Awakening Journey

WHO IS IT FOR?
Wisdom of Five Elements is a journey created for those who wish to:
* dedicate their life energy to awakening and living as true/authentic self
* deepen into Presence
*activate each of the Five Elements and embody their wisdom
*integrate variety of aspects of the masculine and feminine energy
*align with our essential nature while integrating aspects of our human being
*connect to the mysticism of the Five Elements and allow their full and unique expression through you (Wholeness)

WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE COURSE?
This is a 5-month journey, and we will explore each Element as follows: Ether, Air, Earth, Fire and Water.

We will meet in person for our initial workshops @ The Amethyst Cave at the beginning of the month to activate each Element.

We will then continue the journey remotely, through a private FB group. Each Monday you will receive materials for the week ahead. We will have 4 weeks to explore each Element.

In the middle of our 4-week exploration we will meet on Zoom for meditation, inquiry and sharing. If you cannot attend this meeting, there will be a recording available afterwards.

At the end of the course, we will have one extra meeting in person to celebrate our journey together! We will share an Ecstatic Dance Journey through all 5 Elements.

There will be: 6 meetings in person + 5 meetings on Zoom + ongoing exploration and support on private FB group.

Please note that this is not an automated course; this journey is based on alive communication and engagement. There will be fluid exchange and guidance tailored to the group needs and energetic unfolding as we move together as one group field.

1st of June - 2.5 hrs workshop Fire Element activation (4:30pm-7:00pm)
14th of June - 2 hours meeting on Zoom - meditation and inquiry (evening)
29th of June - 2.5 hrs workshop Water Element activation (4:30pm-7:00pm)
12th of July - 2 hours meeting on Zoom - meditation and inquiry (evening)
27th of July - Ecstatic Dance Journey through 5 Elements (4:30pm-7:00pm)

*Please note that the workshop dates and times are confirmed and cannot be moved. However, the dates and times for the Zoom meetings can be adjusted to suit most people in the group. There will be recordings available if you cannot attend.

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?
Early Bird price if booked by 7th of February: £200 in full.

From 8th of February the price goes up to £250 in full or

5 monthly installments of 50 pounds (first one payable to book the space, followed by 4 monthly payments from 1st April to 1st of July)

For £50 a month you get:
1 workshop in person (2.5 hrs), 1 Zoom meeting (2 hrs) and 4 weeks of guided exploration!

MEET THE FACILITATOR!
Karolina – the founder of Embodied Freedom:

I have been exploring a range of therapeutic approaches, spiritual practices, somatic techniques, and spiritual teachings in search of my own sense of Wholeness for the most part of my life. My search for the outside ‘saviour’ stopped when I realized that ‘I am That’, and my life became a process of embodiment and deepening of this realization in all 3 centres: Head, Heart, and Belly.

In 2017 I trained to become a 5 Elements Dance Activation Facilitator TM and I have been sharing this practice since then. In the last 7 years I have also been holding dynamic and sitting meditations, somatic movement workshops, facilitating women’s circles and co-collaborating self-discovery journey of feminine awakening (Full Woman Activation).

Movement, connecting to Nature through Five Elements have always been the centre of my focus, together with Non-Dual Teachings expressed in different traditions. I loved inquiring into our essential nature through Satsang and intensive study groups with various international teachers as well as through individual meditative and movement practice.
I also have a love for psychology as a means for integrating rejected parts of our natural expression as human beings. I am currently a student of Integrative Humanistic Therapeutic Counselling and I plan to become a certified therapist within the next couple of years.

In my life I am committed to Self-Realization. The expression of that is my service of bridging psychology, spirituality, and somatic based practices in enabling people to realize/embody their already existing Wholeness, Love, and Freedom.
