About this workshop
For Pregnant Mamas, Preparing to Bring Baby Home with Libby Cain
This session will go through preparing your self physically, emotionally and environmentally for going into labour and bringing a new baby baby home, touching on:
- Last minute preparations for nursery and also your bedroom, to be a calm beautiful space to spend many hours getting to know your baby and their needs
- What to expect in those first few days when negotiating breastfeeding
- How those first few days home will look, expectations and managing vistors
- Equipment discussion before you buy
Libby believes a lot of teaching happens through discussion and will welcome all questions to discuss in detail around the table.
This workshop will run for approximately 40-60 mins. Please note the workshop will be filmed and shared on our Instagram page following the event.

Keeping everybody safe
In line with government guidelines, we require that a valid vaccine passport is shown upon entry. Workshops are limited to six spaces, so that we can safely comply with distancing requirements. Please remember to wear a mask.
Bringing baby
Babies are of course welcome at all of our workshops, we have a comfy chair for feeding, as well as full baby change facilities and bathrooms.
If you're unable to attend
Please be sure to refund your ticket if you're unable to attend. As our workshops are intimate with just six spaces per slot, we would like to make any spare tickets available to other members of our community.
