We are excited to bring back the WISCPHR Hearts of Gold Games this year! This year marks the 21st year of the HEARTS OF GOLD GAMES and it is coming up on Thursday, November 6th at the Ho-Chunk House of Wellness near Baraboo, Wisconsin. Current and previous patients who have participated in Cardiac and/or Pulmonary rehab and Phase III programs will be able to participate along with spouses or significant others. You do not need to participate to come and enjoy the Olympic-style festivities.
For those that have not been at Hearts of Gold Games recently, this is a tremendous opportunity for you and your patients to bond, socialize, and experience a fun, low-competition event focused around social and physical wellness.
Please consider putting together a team if even only a couple of participants can attend. The Games are not as fun or successful if participation is low.
