Tyler Kabat
Tyler and his wife have been doing furnished rentals since 2021 and launched Doorway Travel in January of 2023. They currently manage a portfolio of 50 rentals, a mix of midterm and short term, across the state of WI. We own 14 furnished units themselves, and six long term units that are managed by a company who specializes in LTRs. They offer full service property management; everything from design and furnishing, to guest messaging and property maintenance. They are both from the valley, currently live in Appleton with our two beautiful children, and have one more on the way!
Holly Harington
With over 12 years of experience in property management, I bring a proven track record of maximizing property value, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and streamlining operations across residential. I have successfully managed diverse property types, including multi-family communities, single-family homes, while maintaining high occupancy rates and strong financial performance.
My expertise includes lease administration, budgeting, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, tenant relations, and regulatory compliance. I’m known for my hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to build long-term relationships with owners, tenants, and teams alike.
