About this Event
Parents School Options is the national voice for parents.
It's more important now than ever for legislators and policymakers to understand the value and need for full-time virtual schooling and school choice in Iowa.
We invite families and students to join us The Madison Concourse Hotel in Febuary.
We will get started with a few speakers. Then walk over as a group to the Capitol. After meeting with your legislators and sharing our stories, we will return to the Hotel for a FREE LUNCH and debrief.
Tentative Schedule:
- Check-in 9:30 - 10:15AM
- PSO introduction & program 10:15- 11:00 AM
- Walk to Capitol Building 11:00-11:10 AM
- Senate/House legislator meetings 11:10–12:25 PM
- Return to hotel 12:25 PM
- Lunch served & Debrief 12:30 PM
A final schedule will be shared before the event.
