Join us for the Badger State's premier literary event! Nearly 70 authors are scheduled to speak about their latest published works at the Wisconsin Book Festival 23rd annual Fall Celebration October 17–20 at Central Library and downtown Madison partner venues. From edge-of-your-seat mystery and globetrotting fantasy to gripping memoir and thought-provoking nonfiction, more than 50 events will engage readers of all ages and interests throughout the weekend.All programs are free and open to the public. Featured books will be available for purchase from our partner booksellers Lake City Books, Mystery to Me, and A Room of One's Own Bookstore at Central Library and other festival event venues: Arts + Literature Laboratory, Wisconsin Historical Society, and DeLuca Forum (site for the Wisconsin Science Festival).
