Join us for our in-person event on Wednesday Evenings at 6:00 PM at 4 Brandon St, Birkenhead (next to Birkenhead Town Hall).
This is a safe space for adults with ADHD to connect, share experiences, and support each other. Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been living with ADHD for years, you're welcome here. Come meet new friends, learn coping strategies, and feel understood. Let's navigate the challenges of ADHD together. See you there!
