Wire Seed Head Workshop with Judith Brown
A nature inspired workshop where we’ll create mostly 3D wire seed head stems to display in a vase. Inspiration will come from seed heads such as cow parsley, poppies, grasses and more. I'll teach you how to use various gauges of wire and different techniques to create your seed heads. You can expect to come away with a bunch of stems to display at home, based on the ideas pictured here. Vases pictured are not included.
All materials will be provided. If you have a narrow necked vase or bottle (approx 14-18cm tall) that you intend to display your finished stems in please bring that along so you can put your stems in them as you make them. If you don’t have one, you can borrow a glass bottle from Judith for the day, there will also be the option to buy one.
£75 to include all materials (not the vase), tea/coffee throughout the day biscuits & homemade cake. Please bring a packed lunch or lunch can be purchased at the local cafe or shop along the road.
