Join me for a nature inspired wire workshop where we’ll take inspiration from real leaves to create your own beautiful wire art to hang on the wall. Shown here are just a few examples of how you might create a composition from your wire leaf drawings, I will guide you to create your own arrangement, or you can take inspiration from mine. It’s hard to capture in photos, but this wire wall art is slightly 3D which brings the art work to life. Any leaves that you create, but don’t use in your finished piece (or go onto create after the workshop) could be used to embellish greeting cards, be added to mixed media collages or textiles, or with the addition of some ribbon, made into a hanging decoration.
This workshop takes place at Spout Brew House, on the first floor, my studio is above this room on the second floor and you’ll be able to visit my studio too.
