About this Event
Women In Product Toronto is excited to announce our spring 2024 event, hosted at SpotHero - join us on Tuesday May 7 at 5:30 pm in discussion with our three panelists as we explore the similarities, differences and intricacies of working for a B2B vs a B2C company.
Our panelists - Emily (Scotiabank, B2C), Sabah (Yelp, B2C), and Garima (Points, B2B) will be discussing their product journey and experience. Whether you currently work at a B2B company and are curious about what it’s like working directly with the end consumer, or you work in B2C and are wondering how you would apply your current skill set when working with businesses this is the event for you!
What you’ll learn from this event:
- Are there specific skills or personality types that are more suited for B2C or B2B?
- Commonalities between the two types - and how you can frame your experience when making the switch to the other

We’ll discuss differences in monetization, user research, customer feedback and much more!
