Winter’s Energy Yoga Retreat invites you to foster self-exploration and deep reflection, allowing for growth and personal insight. We will embrace the darkness and the rhythms of nature, they mirror our own lives. As we prepare for the return of the light, we will tap into how challenges lead to transformation. Candace and Jenn will share yoga practices for all levels, meditation, yoga nidra, and journaling as tools for inner exploration, while also creating community to thrive in winter’s embrace. Winter’s Energy Yoga Retreat Dates: January 24th – 26th, 2025
This retreat is being offered through Yoga Home at the Himalayan Institute, approximately 2.5 hours from Conshohocken.
Winter’s Energy: Embracing the Dark and the Light Retreat includes:
4 yoga practices– these will include a mix of flow, gentle, restorative, yin and yoga nidra (appropriate for all levels, even beginners)
Nature walk and hiking on the beautiful grounds of the Himalayan Institute
All meals, Ayurvedic, vegetarian and lovingly prepared
Down time for whatever your heart and soul needs
Check-In 4pm (dinner is at 6pm, program starts 7:15pm), Check out Sunday 2pm (program concludes at noon, you are welcome to stay for lunch)
Optional Spa Treatments at Pure Rejuv Wellness Center
Optional visits to the Sri Vidya Shrine and tours of MOKA Chocolate and Coffee Factory Cafe
