Come join us at Clary Sage Herbarium with Amy Terepka for an evening of learning about the healing qualities of plants in the Winter season. Discover how different plants can support your well-being—both physically and psycho-spiritually—during this introspective season.

In this workshop, we'll reflect on how winter's stillness and renewal interact within our systems, sharing experiences in small groups. Together, we’ll dive into the medicinal properties of these winter plants, focusing on their grounding, protective, and cleansing energies. We’ll also create space to sip Angelica tea (bring your mug!) and meditate on how it lands in our bodies. 

These events are a blend of cozy, reflective, and fun—a lovely way to connect with the season and like-minded individuals.
