Menu for the evening:
1st course: Pork belly simmered in apple cider on a bed of lentils garnished and apple salad.
2nd course: Pear and white balsamic sorbet/pallet cleanser
3rd course: Port braised venison with zucchini and corn fritter with a puff mentle
4th course: Dessert Duo. Butter squash bread pudding and layered pumpkin pecan pie with parsnip ice cream.
