About this Event
Winter invites us to slow down, soften, and listen more closely to our bodies. This 90-minute experience is an opportunity to honor that natural rhythm through gentle movement and immersive sound.
We’ll begin with slow, accessible movement designed to support grounding, circulation, and nervous system regulation—nothing strenuous, everything optional. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, violin, and other meditative instruments. The sounds will support rest and reflection.
This offering is perfect if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply craving space to move gently and rest deeply during the winter season.
What to expect:
- Gentle, accessible movement (no experience required)
- A grounding meditation and extended sound bath
- Time to rest, reset, and listen inward
- A peaceful winter setting surrounded by nature
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, layers for warmth, and any props that help you feel supported (blanket, pillow).
Registration & Bundle Discount
Each Wintering Within event can be attended on its own, or you may register for both sessions at a discounted rate under the Seasonal Path Pass option. The two offerings are designed to complement one another—movement and rest in February, expression and reflection in March. This option will be available at check out for the Wintering Within: Sound Bath & Gentle Movement Eventbrite page and will be applied to both Wintering Within events.

Seasonal Path Pass – $50
Attend both February 28 and March 28 and experience the full seasonal arc from rest and movement to reflection and expression at a reduced rate.
