This workshop offers a gentle pause to check in with your mind, body, and soul, helping you reflect on where you most need care during the holiday season. Together we’ll explore a mindful self-care inventory, seasonal practices to support balance, and intentional ways to “plug in” care throughout December. The experience will include guided journaling, grounding meditations, and simple practices you can carry with you into the weeks ahead. Come as you are and gift yourself the space to slow down, breathe, and create a plan to nurture your wellbeing through the holidays and beyond. Tickets: $40 or $30 for FM Wellness Collective Members
