The winter season is nearly upon us, bringing with it a great programme of activity across the Rossendale valley. The Whitaker Museum and Art Gallery will join the winter celebrations by hosting its annual Winterfest event.
Winterfest is a free to enter two-day event (running 11am – 5pm) on Saturday 6th December and Sunday 7th December.
Father Christmas will be visiting The Museum and Art Gallery and will be reading magical stories in his Grotto for little ones. Booking for ‘A Story with Santa’ slots are now live on The Whitaker Museum and Art Gallery website. Each child visiting the grotto will also receive a gift from Father Christmas and his band of merry elves.
