•Bringing exploration in between contemplation during a yoga pose and its relevance to the realities of life.
•This winter workshop offers an opportunity for you to understand and learn how you can find balance using the common 7 chakra (energy) points guided by the 8 yoga principles from the yoga sutra of Patanjali.

Join me and explore yin & yang yoga movements, guided by breath work, working with meditation & introduction to compassion practices. And as usual as most of you would know, the workshop will finish with a yoga nidra focusing on chakra balancing elements.
