Join us for a peaceful and hands-on winter experience in nature.
In this 3 hour workshop we’ll begin with a brief introduction to the heath before beginning our foraging for natural materials. You’ll learn what to gather (and what to leave behind), guided by examples and conversation about the plants around us.
Together we will weave a willow wreath base with pre-foraged willow, followed by festive decoration with the materials we’ve collected. You’ll leave with a unique, handmade wreath and a deeper connection to the natural landscape.
This event is entirely outdoors so please bring warm, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. We’ll provide all wreath-making materials and tea, coffee, and biscuits.
This is an adults only event.
