About this Event
Join us for our Winter Wreath Making Workshop using evergreen plants collected from the vibrant Pacific Northwest temperate rainforest landscape. All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary. Come embrace the season and leave with your own handcrafted creation!
In this workshop, you'll learn how to arrange lush boughs, branches, and foliage to create a stunning wreath, festive swag, or beautiful centerpiece for your home. Using fresh greens collected by WEBS and our guest presenter, you’ll explore design techniques and seasonal styling tips while enjoying the beauty of winter flora.
This workshop will be led by Phyllis Holmes and WEBS staff. Phyllis is a longtime volunteer of the Netarts Community Club. Throughout the year, she volunteers her time maintaining the landscaping and flower beds around the Netarts Community Club. For the past several years, Phyllis has offered this seasonal floral arranging workshop to her garden club friends. We are excited to have Phyllis offering this workshop as a Friends of Netarts Bay WEBS Community Event this year!
Cost: There is no cost to attend this program.
Friends of Netarts Bay WEBS is committed to offering high-quality, nature-based events led by experts, while also reducing the financial barrier of outdoor recreation. We do this by offering our events and programs at no cost to participants. Donations are always greatly appreciated to support the continuation of our work.
