Winter Worship Intensive

Worship Is a Conversation, and You’re Invited!

Pastors and worship leaders carry a shared responsibility: shaping the worship life of God’s people in a rapidly changing church landscape. The Winter Worship Intensive is a two-day gathering designed to create space for thoughtful conversation, theological reflection, and practical encouragement for those entrusted with leading worship in the local church.

Whether you serve in a large congregation or a small one, with a full team or a handful of volunteers, this intensive is an opportunity to connect with fellow leaders from across the Tampa Bay area who understand both the joys and the pressures of ministry.

Together, we’ll explore:

• Who God is and why that matters for worship
• How Scripture shapes the way we worship, not just what we sing
• How worship forms God’s people, week after week
• How pastors and worship leaders can partner more faithfully in leading congregations

Sessions will be led by Kyle Mullett, Lead Director of Worship and Production at Calvary Church in Clearwater. This intensive marks the beginning of a renewed season of shared learning and collaboration among churches in our region.

The Winter Worship Intensive is not about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. Instead, it’s an invitation to ask better questions together, grounded in Scripture, theology, and pastoral wisdom, so that our churches might be shaped more faithfully by the God we worship.

Who Should Attend?

Pastors, worship leaders, worship teams - really anyone who desires a deeper understanding of who God is, how the church worships Him, and how we lead others to do the same are encouraged to attend.

This community-building gathering is the first of several worship-focused connection events planned for the future, and we would love for you to be part of it!
