Cowal Mountain Bike Club and Dunoon on the Move are co-hosting a series of winter workshops. These will take place on 19 November and 18 December followed by the third on January 21 2026. Start time will be 7pm and the venue will be the Dunoon on the Move room on Dunoon pier.The general theme will be: “CARING”.
In November we will be focusing on caring for teammates.
What to expect:
Managing an incident/accident.
Caring for casualties.
Evacuation of patients.
More detail closer to the date but please bring your experiences and questions.
Please note these workshops are free for Mountain Bike Club members but all are welcome. A cost of £10 will cover the three workshops for non members. This will enable the attendees to become members of CMBC along with all the benefits this entails!
