Soul Sisters presents a Winter Wonderland Evening of sound therapy at Going The Distance Boxing Club
Join us for a wonderful, winter wonderland evening of Sound this December.
Imagine a winter wonderland where the crisp air and serene landscapes blend with the calming resonance of sound therapy. In this session, winter beauty meets the healing power of sound—soft chimes, singing bowls, and gongs help release tension, balance energy, and create a sense of deep peace.
Picture yourself wrapped in a cozy blanket, surrounded by soothing tones that carry you into a state of relaxation and warmth.
Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket and water to the session. Wear comfortable clothing.
It is advisable not to have a heavy meal or alcohol beforehand.
Please note that sound healing is not recommended for people in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and for those who suffer with epilepsy. Please seek doctors advice before attending if you suffer with ear infections, severe mental illnesses, severe osteoporosis, have had recent joint operations, if you are fitted with a pacemaker, advanced stages of cancer or Ménière’s disease or tinnitus.
