Beginning with the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere of the world, we enter the cycle of transformation, impending fertility and rebirth! Like water, fluid and flowing, new intentions are
liquid potential. The practice of making a New Year's resolution is, in reality, a mystical power. If utilized properly, it will give birth to change and opportunity! Out of the cool stillness of winter
emerges new life and growth in the seasons ahead.
In deep reclusive meditation, astonishingly, we have the power to formulate intentions that, with patience, discipline and nurturing, will manifest miraculously. As conception brings forth a child
nine months later out of loving kindness, creation of a new mind form will flourish into a new material manifestation. This is the magical secret power that we all have, latently awaiting its
awakening. Have no fear. All that is required of you is that you redefine yourself with a new
consciousness!
Let us gather for a meditation practice to initiate your wishes. Together, we will generate hope, the process of evolution of consciousness for greater health, contentment, tranquility and

Michael Azzaline is from Orland Park & offers his time at our studio. Mike excelerated his spiritual journey in 1970. His search for knowledge and wisdom brought him into contact with many mystical teachers who inspired him to study, practice and teach yoga. He earned a Master of Arts Degree and became a Master Teacher of Hatha Yoga a few years later. Mike then began work in mental health services helping clients recover from substance dependence and emotional suffering. A Licensed Professional Counselor and a Master Addiction Counselor, now retired from counseling. After extensive study and practice, he received Ordination as Swami Sudishananda, at The Temple of Kriya Yoga Seminary in 2012. Mike then became an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 level (ERYT500) and a Certified International Yoga Therapist (C-IYT) credential in 2017.
