Bedrock wines have been featured on our wine list since 2019, and we are thrilled to host Morgan at Los Poblanos to share his passion for winemaking. This special dinner will feature a beautifully crafted multi-course menu from Executive Chef Christopher Bethoney that honors the winter season.
