- gentle stretching to release and realign
- breathwork to ground and energise
- storytelling to spark imagination and wonder
- circle sharing, listening from the heart
- sound meditation with healing tones to transport you beyond the ordinary
Bring a yoga mat or similar to lie on, a pillow and blanket so you can get cosy. Please also bring a packed lunch (venue has a no meat policy). Most importantly, bring an open heart, curiosity and self-permission to rest!
A range of drinks and snacks will be provided. Please get in touch if you have specific dietary requirements or allergies.
