Winter invites us to slow down, turn inward, and care for ourselves in a deeper way—and this workshop is designed to help you do just that. Join us for a cozy, nourishing experience where we’ll explore how to align your wellness practices with the energy of the winter season so you can feel grounded, supported, and intentional as you move forward.

We’ll focus on practical, realistic tools you can actually use—without pressure or perfection. Together we will work on our personal Circle of Life, evaluating the areas of our life we feel whole and where we could use some extra attention and then using that information to set a vision for 2026.

This workshop is equal parts educational and experiential. You’ll taste, reflect, connect, and leave with tangible tools—including recipes, prompts, and seasonal practices—to support you throughout the winter months.
