Sips & Sauna is back with a new twist! 🥂✨ 45th Parallel has teamed up with Wisconsin Sauna and Lift Bridge Yoga + Fitness to offer the mid-winter recharge you need: a Winter Wellness series where you and up to seven friends can enjoy the benefits of a sauna, cold plunge, yoga, and refreshments for a mid-winter mind and body recharge.Date: Saturday, February 8th 2025

Join us in the late morning (11:00am) at 45th for a dynamic Sculpt Class with Lift Bridge Yoga + Fitness. Jess will lead a class that combines the calming flow of yoga with the strength-building benefits of resistance training -- perfect to pair with your sauna sweat session! The focus is on deepening flexibility, building strength, and finding balance. Please wear comfortable exercise clothes and bring your own mat + water bottle.
Your group's ticket includes:
🥂 One complimentary beverage per person (cocktail and alcohol-free options).
🧘 A 45 minute yoga class.
🧖 One hour sauna session.
❄️🔥 Access to a cold plunge and outdoor fire pit.
🥗 There is an option to pre-order food to complete your meal when you book your tickets.
To fully enjoy every aspect of your Winter Wellness experience, please bring your swimsuit, robe, towel, and flip flops as well as comfortable exercise clothes and bring your own mat + water bottle.
