Enjoy an energising Pilates class to help build core strength and to fight fatigue, and a gentle yoga session to stretch out stiff and sore muscles. A delicious vegetarian brunch will be served, along with refreshments. Our morning will be completed with a crystal bowl sound meditation … to help invoke calm, reduce stress levels.. and create a deep sense of inner peace.
